3. Relationship with Other Documents
These Booking Conditions supplement the Master Terms of Service & Booking Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency, the following order shall ordinarily apply:
- Booking Confirmation;
- Destination Travel Conditions;
- Booking, Payment & Refund Conditions;
- Master Terms of Service & Booking Conditions.
PART II
PRE-BOOKING
4. Travel Enquiries
Bookmywings welcomes enquiries through its website, telephone, email, messaging platforms or other official communication channels.
An enquiry enables Bookmywings to understand your travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday options.
An enquiry does not:
- reserve any inventory;
- create any contractual relationship;
- guarantee pricing;
- guarantee availability; or
- create any obligation on either party to proceed with a Booking.
5. Travel Consultation
Depending upon the nature of your enquiry, Bookmywings may provide destination recommendations, itinerary suggestions, travel advice and preliminary pricing information.
Such consultation is intended to assist you in planning your holiday and does not constitute a confirmation of any travel service.
Recommendations are based upon the information available at the time they are provided and may subsequently change due to operational or commercial circumstances.
6. Quotations
A quotation represents Bookmywings' proposed commercial offer based upon:
- your travel requirements;
- the information provided by you;
- supplier pricing available at that time;
- expected availability; and
- applicable taxes and charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- quotations are indicative;
- quotations remain subject to supplier confirmation;
- quotations are subject to availability;
- quotations may expire after the validity period specified therein; and
- quotations do not reserve or block any travel service.
7. Price Validity
Every quotation shall remain valid only for the period expressly stated in the quotation.
Where no validity period is specified, Bookmywings reserves the right to revise pricing before confirmation if:
- supplier prices change;
- taxes or government levies change;
- transportation costs increase;
- currency fluctuations materially affect supplier pricing (where applicable);
- inventory becomes unavailable; or
- any other commercial circumstance materially affects the quoted price.
Bookmywings will communicate any revised pricing before confirming the Booking.
8. Availability
Availability displayed or communicated before confirmation is indicative only.
Hotels, transportation, sightseeing activities and other travel services remain subject to availability until confirmed by the relevant Supplier.
Bookmywings cannot guarantee that a particular hotel, room category, vehicle, activity or itinerary component will remain available until the Booking has been confirmed.
Where the originally proposed service becomes unavailable before confirmation, Bookmywings may propose suitable alternatives for your consideration.
9. Pricing Accuracy
Bookmywings makes reasonable efforts to ensure that quotations and published prices are accurate.
However, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to:
- technical errors;
- supplier pricing revisions;
- data entry errors;
- system malfunctions;
- tax calculation errors; or
- other inadvertent mistakes.
Where Bookmywings discovers a genuine pricing error before issuing the Booking Confirmation, Bookmywings may:
- withdraw the incorrect quotation;
- issue a revised quotation;
- seek your approval for the revised price; or
- cancel the Booking Request without liability if the error materially affects the commercial viability of the Booking.
Nothing in this Clause affects any rights available under Applicable Law where a legally binding contract has already been formed.
PART III
BOOKING PROCESS
10. Booking Request
A Booking Request is initiated when you instruct Bookmywings to proceed with the proposed travel arrangements.
To process your request, Bookmywings may require:
- Traveller names;
- contact details;
- identification details where required;
- travel preferences;
- special requests;
- payment details; and
- any other information reasonably necessary for processing the Booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate.
11. Verification of Traveller Information
Before issuing a Booking Confirmation, Bookmywings may request verification of information relevant to the Booking.
You should carefully verify:
- spelling of Traveller names;
- dates of birth, where applicable;
- passport details, where applicable;
- contact information;
- travel dates;
- destination details; and
- any special requirements.
Corrections requested after Supplier confirmation may not always be possible and may result in additional charges imposed by the relevant Supplier.
12. Booking Confirmation
A Booking becomes confirmed only after:
- Bookmywings has accepted the Booking Request;
- the required payments have been received or otherwise arranged;
- the relevant Suppliers have confirmed the travel services, where applicable; and
- Bookmywings has issued a Booking Confirmation.
Until a Booking Confirmation has been issued, Bookmywings reserves the right to decline or modify a Booking Request where reasonably necessary due to commercial or operational circumstances.
13. Booking Documents
Following confirmation, Bookmywings will ordinarily provide the documents relevant to your Booking, which may include:
- Booking Confirmation;
- itinerary;
- hotel vouchers;
- transport vouchers;
- sightseeing vouchers;
- payment receipts;
- invoices; and
- such other travel documents as may be applicable.
You should review these documents promptly and notify Bookmywings of any discrepancy without undue delay.
PART IV
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
14. Package Price
The total price payable for a Booking ("Package Price") shall be the amount specified in the Booking Confirmation or such revised amount as may subsequently be agreed between you and Bookmywings in writing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Package Price may include one or more of the following:
- accommodation;
- transportation;
- sightseeing;
- activities;
- meals;
- taxes;
- service charges;
- convenience fees; and
- other services specifically identified as included in your package.
The Package Price includes only those services expressly described in the Booking Confirmation or package inclusions. Any service not specifically identified as included shall be deemed excluded.
15. Taxes and Government Charges
The Package Price may include applicable taxes, duties, levies or government-imposed charges prevailing on the date of confirmation.
Where, after confirmation, any government authority introduces, revises or withdraws any statutory tax, levy, permit fee or similar charge that directly affects the Booking, Bookmywings reserves the right to adjust the Package Price to reflect such change, provided that reasonable supporting information is made available upon request.
16. Payment Schedule
Depending upon the destination, travel period, Supplier requirements and booking lead time, Bookmywings may require payment in one or more instalments.
The applicable payment schedule shall ordinarily be communicated in the quotation, Booking Confirmation or payment request.
Typical payment milestones may include:
- booking advance;
- confirmation payment;
- balance payment before departure; or
- any other milestone reasonably required for the confirmed Booking.
Failure to comply with the applicable payment schedule may affect the confirmation or continuation of the Booking.
17. Booking Advance
Where a booking advance is required, the amount payable shall be communicated before confirmation.
A booking advance enables Bookmywings to commence supplier coordination and reservation activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- payment of a booking advance does not itself guarantee confirmation;
- the booking advance may become non-refundable to the extent that Bookmywings or the relevant Supplier has already incurred non-recoverable commitments; and
- the refundability of the booking advance shall be governed by these Booking Conditions and the applicable Destination Travel Conditions.
18. Balance Payment
The remaining balance of the Package Price shall be paid on or before the due date communicated by Bookmywings.
Timely payment is essential to enable Bookmywings to honour commitments made to Suppliers.
Where the balance payment is not received by the due date, Bookmywings may, after making reasonable efforts to contact you where practicable:
- suspend further processing of the Booking;
- release reserved inventory;
- cancel the Booking; or
- apply the applicable cancellation conditions.
Bookmywings shall not be responsible for any loss of confirmed inventory resulting from delayed payment beyond the communicated payment deadline.
19. Accepted Payment Methods
Bookmywings may accept payment through one or more approved payment methods, including:
- online payment gateways;
- bank transfers;
- UPI;
- debit cards;
- credit cards;
- digital wallets;
- payment links; or
- any other payment method approved by Bookmywings from time to time.
Availability of payment methods may vary depending upon the Booking, destination or applicable payment regulations.
20. Payment Confirmation
A payment shall ordinarily be treated as received only after successful confirmation from the relevant banking institution or payment service provider.
Submission of payment instructions or initiation of a transaction shall not, by itself, constitute successful payment.
Where a payment remains pending, unsuccessful or disputed, Bookmywings may defer further processing of the Booking until the payment has been successfully received.
21. Failed or Delayed Payments
A payment may fail due to circumstances including:
- banking interruptions;
- payment gateway issues;
- network failures;
- insufficient funds;
- card restrictions;
- transaction limits; or
- security verification failures.
Where a payment fails, the Traveller remains responsible for ensuring that payment is successfully completed before the applicable payment deadline.
Bookmywings shall not be responsible for any loss arising solely from payment failures attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment service providers.
22. Invoices and Payment Records
Bookmywings shall ordinarily issue invoices, receipts or payment acknowledgements for payments received towards a Booking in accordance with applicable legal and tax requirements.
You are encouraged to review such documents promptly and notify Bookmywings of any apparent discrepancy within a reasonable time after receipt.
Bookmywings shall maintain electronic payment records for administrative, accounting and legal purposes in accordance with applicable record retention requirements.
PART V
BOOKING AMENDMENTS
23. General Principles
Travel plans may occasionally require modification after confirmation.
Bookmywings recognises that flexibility is important while also acknowledging that confirmed travel arrangements involve commitments made to independent Suppliers.
Accordingly, amendments shall be processed in accordance with these Booking Conditions, the applicable Destination Travel Conditions and the policies of the relevant Suppliers.
No amendment shall become effective unless confirmed by Bookmywings.
24. Traveller-Initiated Amendments
You may request reasonable amendments to a confirmed Booking, including changes to:
- travel dates;
- accommodation preferences;
- Traveller details;
- room configuration;
- sightseeing arrangements;
- transportation;
- optional activities; or
- other components of the confirmed package.
Every amendment request shall remain subject to:
- availability;
- operational feasibility;
- Supplier approval where required;
- payment of any applicable additional charges; and
- any commercial consequences resulting from the requested change.
Bookmywings will use reasonable efforts to accommodate amendment requests but cannot guarantee that every requested amendment will be possible.
25. Bookmywings-Initiated Amendments
Occasionally, Bookmywings may need to amend certain aspects of a confirmed Booking due to operational circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Supplier changes;
- safety considerations;
- government directions;
- weather conditions;
- infrastructure disruptions;
- transportation changes;
- destination-specific operational requirements; or
- other circumstances materially affecting the confirmed itinerary.
Where a material amendment becomes necessary, Bookmywings will endeavour to:
- notify you as soon as reasonably practicable;
- explain the reason for the amendment;
- offer a reasonably comparable alternative where practicable; and
- minimise disruption to your holiday experience.
26. Amendment Charges
An amendment may result in additional charges arising from:
- revised Supplier pricing;
- cancellation charges imposed by Suppliers;
- seasonal pricing changes;
- administrative processing;
- transportation revisions; or
- additional services requested by the Traveller.
Any such charges shall be communicated before the amendment is confirmed.
No amendment charges shall become payable until you have been informed of the applicable commercial implications and have elected to proceed with the amendment.
27. Amendments That Cannot Reasonably Be Accommodated
Certain requested amendments may not be possible due to:
- exhausted availability;
- regulatory restrictions;
- Supplier limitations;
- destination-specific operational conditions;
- travel already commenced; or
- other practical constraints.
Where an amendment cannot reasonably be accommodated, Bookmywings will inform you accordingly and, where practicable, discuss available alternatives.
PART VI
CANCELLATIONS
28. General Principles
Bookmywings understands that travel plans may change due to personal, commercial or unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, confirmed bookings involve financial and operational commitments made with independent Suppliers.
Accordingly, every cancellation shall be governed by these Booking Conditions, the applicable Destination Travel Conditions, the Booking Confirmation and, where applicable, the commercial terms of the relevant Suppliers.
Cancellation charges are intended to recover costs and commitments already incurred in relation to the Booking and are not intended to operate as a penalty.
29. Cancellation by the Traveller
You may request cancellation of your Booking at any time before the commencement of travel.
Cancellation requests should be submitted through Bookmywings' official communication channels.
For security and record-keeping purposes, Bookmywings may require cancellation requests to be confirmed in writing or through another verifiable communication method.
A cancellation request shall ordinarily be treated as received on the date and time at which it is acknowledged by Bookmywings through its official communication channels.
30. Effective Date of Cancellation
The effective date of cancellation is important because Supplier commitments and cancellation charges often increase as the scheduled departure date approaches.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Destination Travel Conditions or Booking Confirmation, the effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which Bookmywings acknowledges receipt of a valid cancellation request.
Where additional information or verification is reasonably required before processing the request, the cancellation shall become effective only after such information has been received.
31. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may vary depending upon:
- the destination;
- travel season;
- booking lead time;
- type of accommodation;
- transportation arrangements;
- supplier commitments;
- promotional offers;
- special event bookings; and
- other commercial factors relevant to the Booking.
Accordingly, the applicable cancellation charges shall be determined in accordance with:
- the Booking Confirmation;
- the Destination Travel Conditions;
- the applicable Cancellation Schedule published by Bookmywings; and
- Supplier-specific conditions, where applicable.
Where multiple cancellation rules apply to different components of a Booking, the refund shall be calculated component-wise in accordance with the applicable commercial terms.
32. Partial Cancellation
Where a Booking includes multiple Travellers or multiple travel components, you may request cancellation of only part of the Booking.
Examples include:
- cancellation of one or more Travellers;
- cancellation of optional activities;
- cancellation of additional hotel nights;
- cancellation of transportation services; or
- cancellation of selected itinerary components.
A Partial Cancellation may result in:
- revised room occupancy charges;
- revised package pricing;
- withdrawal of promotional benefits;
- additional Supplier charges;
- revised transportation costs; or
- other commercial adjustments.
Bookmywings will communicate the revised commercial implications before confirming the Partial Cancellation.
33. Cancellation After Commencement of Travel
Once travel has commenced, certain travel services may already have been utilised or become non-refundable.
Accordingly:
- unused services shall not automatically qualify for a refund;
- refunds shall depend upon the recoveries, if any, available from the relevant Suppliers;
- administrative and Supplier charges may continue to apply; and
- Bookmywings shall not be responsible for services voluntarily not utilised by the Traveller.
Where reasonably practicable, Bookmywings will assist the Traveller in seeking any recoveries available from the relevant Suppliers.
34. No-Show
A Traveller shall be considered a No-Show where the Traveller fails to avail a confirmed travel service without a valid cancellation having first been processed by Bookmywings.
Examples include failure to:
- report for departure;
- check into the confirmed accommodation;
- board the arranged transportation;
- join the scheduled sightseeing programme; or
- otherwise utilise the confirmed travel service.
A No-Show may result in:
- forfeiture of the relevant travel component;
- Supplier-imposed No-Show charges;
- cancellation of subsequent linked services; and
- reduction or extinguishment of any refund entitlement.
The financial consequences of a No-Show shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Supplier conditions and the Booking Confirmation.
PART VII
REFUNDS
35. Refund Principles
Bookmywings is committed to processing eligible refunds in a fair, transparent and commercially reasonable manner.
A refund shall become payable only where the Traveller is contractually entitled to receive one under:
- these Booking Conditions;
- the applicable Destination Travel Conditions;
- the Booking Confirmation;
- Supplier policies, where applicable; and
- Applicable Law.
Not every cancellation automatically gives rise to a refund.
Similarly, the existence of a refund entitlement does not necessarily mean that the entire amount paid towards the Booking is refundable.
36. Refund Calculation
The refundable amount, if any, shall ordinarily be calculated after taking into account the commercial commitments already made in relation to the Booking.
The calculation may include consideration of:
- Supplier cancellation charges;
- accommodation charges;
- transportation charges;
- permit fees;
- government levies;
- payment gateway charges actually incurred;
- banking charges;
- administrative processing costs;
- promotional adjustments;
- non-refundable services already utilised; and
- any other commercially applicable deduction disclosed before or at the time of confirmation.
The balance remaining after such adjustments, if any, shall constitute the refundable amount.
37. Non-Refundable Components
Certain travel components may be expressly identified as non-refundable.
Such components may include:
- non-refundable hotel reservations;
- special promotional packages;
- peak season inventory;
- permits already issued;
- attraction tickets;
- event bookings;
- convenience fees;
- payment gateway charges, where non-recoverable; and
- other services specifically identified as non-refundable in the Booking Confirmation or Destination Travel Conditions.
Bookmywings will endeavour to clearly identify such non-refundable components wherever reasonably practicable.
38. Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, Bookmywings shall endeavour to process the refund within a commercially reasonable period.
The actual processing time may depend upon:
- Supplier reconciliation;
- banking procedures;
- payment gateway settlement;
- statutory verification requirements;
- destination-specific circumstances; or
- other operational factors beyond the reasonable control of Bookmywings.
Where processing is delayed due to pending Supplier reconciliation or circumstances beyond Bookmywings' reasonable control, Bookmywings will endeavour to keep the Traveller appropriately informed.
39. Mode of Refund
Refunds shall ordinarily be processed through the original payment method used for the Booking.
Where this is not reasonably practicable, Bookmywings may process the refund through another lawful payment method after completing appropriate verification.
Bookmywings may require supporting documentation before processing a refund to an account different from the original payer.
40. Travel Credits
In appropriate circumstances, and with the agreement of the Traveller where required, Bookmywings may offer a travel credit, booking credit or similar commercial benefit in place of an immediate monetary refund.
The terms governing such travel credits, including validity, transferability and permitted use, shall be communicated at the time the credit is issued.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel credits:
- do not accrue interest;
- are not legal tender;
- may be subject to validity periods; and
- may only be redeemed in accordance with their specific terms.
41. Refunds Where Services Are Cancelled by Bookmywings
Where Bookmywings is required to cancel a confirmed Booking before the commencement of travel for reasons within its reasonable control, Bookmywings shall endeavour to offer one or more of the following, as appropriate to the circumstances:
- a reasonably comparable alternative arrangement;
- rescheduling of the Booking;
- a travel credit; or
- a refund of the amount contractually refundable under the applicable Booking Confirmation.
This Clause does not apply where cancellation results solely from Force Majeure, governmental restrictions, Supplier insolvency or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bookmywings, in which case the applicable commercial consequences shall be determined in accordance with these Booking Conditions and the relevant Destination Travel Conditions.
PART VIII
SPECIAL COMMERCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
42. Supplier-Initiated Changes
Travel services are dependent upon the operational capabilities of independent Suppliers. Occasionally, a Supplier may modify or withdraw a confirmed service due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bookmywings.
Such circumstances may include:
- operational constraints;
- maintenance requirements;
- overbooking;
- safety concerns;
- regulatory directions;
- seasonal closures;
- cessation of business operations; or
- other circumstances affecting the Supplier's ability to perform the confirmed service.
Where Bookmywings becomes aware of such changes, it shall endeavour to:
- promptly inform the Traveller;
- coordinate with the relevant Supplier;
- identify reasonably comparable alternatives, where available; and
- minimise disruption to the Traveller's holiday experience.
Bookmywings does not guarantee that an identical alternative will always be available.
43. Governmental Restrictions
Travel may be affected by decisions taken by governmental or statutory authorities before or during the holiday.
Examples include:
- travel advisories;
- road closures;
- permit restrictions;
- environmental regulations;
- public safety measures;
- law enforcement directions;
- protected area restrictions;
- health-related measures; or
- any legally binding governmental order.
Where such measures materially affect the Booking, Bookmywings will endeavour to coordinate appropriate alternatives in consultation with the Traveller and the relevant Suppliers.
The commercial consequences of such events shall be determined in accordance with these Booking Conditions, the applicable Destination Travel Conditions and the actual recoveries available from Suppliers.
44. Force Majeure Events
Where a Force Majeure Event affects the performance of travel services, Bookmywings shall use reasonable efforts to:
- communicate the developing situation;
- coordinate with Suppliers;
- identify available alternatives;
- recommend revised travel arrangements where practicable; and
- assist Travellers in understanding the commercial implications of the disruption.
Bookmywings cannot guarantee that all travel services can be rescheduled, substituted or refunded during a Force Majeure Event.
The financial consequences of such events shall depend upon:
- Supplier recoveries;
- governmental directions;
- applicable insurance coverage, where any;
- Destination Travel Conditions; and
- the commercial commitments already incurred.
45. Duplicate Payments
Where Bookmywings receives more than one payment in respect of the same contractual obligation due to a genuine error, Bookmywings shall, after verification, refund the excess amount or adjust it against another outstanding liability with the consent of the Traveller.
Bookmywings may reasonably require:
- proof of payment;
- transaction reference numbers;
- bank confirmation; or
- other supporting documentation before processing such adjustment or refund.
46. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed, reversed or subjected to a chargeback after Bookmywings has acted upon the Booking, Bookmywings may, to the extent reasonably necessary:
- suspend further performance of the Booking;
- withhold travel documentation not yet issued;
- seek clarification from the Traveller;
- recover any outstanding contractual dues; or
- exercise any other remedy available under Applicable Law.
Nothing contained in this Clause restricts the Traveller from raising a genuine dispute relating to an unauthorised or fraudulent payment transaction.
47. Promotional Offers and Discounts
From time to time, Bookmywings may offer:
- promotional discounts;
- seasonal offers;
- coupon codes;
- cashback schemes;
- loyalty benefits;
- bundled offers; or
- other promotional incentives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers;
- promotional benefits have no independent cash value;
- promotional offers remain subject to their published terms; and
- cancellation or amendment of the Booking may affect the continued applicability of such promotional benefits.
Where cancellation causes the Traveller to cease satisfying the conditions of a promotion, Bookmywings may recalculate the Package Price in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
48. Unclaimed Refunds
Where an approved refund cannot be processed because:
- incorrect banking information has been provided;
- the payment account is inactive;
- the payment instrument is no longer valid; or
- the Traveller fails to provide information reasonably required for processing,
Bookmywings shall make reasonable efforts to contact the Traveller using the contact details available in its records.
If the refund remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made, Bookmywings may deal with the amount in accordance with Applicable Law and its internal accounting procedures.
PART IX
DESTINATION-SPECIFIC COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
49. Destination Overrides
Every destination has unique commercial, operational and regulatory characteristics.
Accordingly, Destination Travel Conditions may supplement or modify these Booking Conditions in relation to:
- cancellation periods;
- refund eligibility;
- permit fees;
- transportation arrangements;
- local operator requirements;
- seasonal conditions;
- government restrictions;
- mandatory local charges;
- special event bookings; and
- other destination-specific commercial matters.
Where a Destination Travel Condition expressly modifies a provision of these Booking Conditions, the Destination Travel Condition shall prevail only for Bookings relating to that destination.
50. Supplier-Specific Commercial Conditions
Certain Suppliers may impose commercial conditions that apply exclusively to the services provided by them.
Examples include:
- hotel peak-season cancellation rules;
- airline fare conditions;
- attraction ticket policies;
- transportation operator rules; and
- special event reservations.
Where such conditions materially affect the Traveller's rights or obligations, Bookmywings will endeavour to communicate them before or at the time of confirmation, wherever reasonably practicable.
PART X
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMMERCIAL ASSISTANCE
51. Commercial Assistance
Bookmywings is committed to resolving commercial queries in a fair, transparent and customer-focused manner.
Travellers are encouraged to contact Bookmywings promptly regarding any matter relating to:
- quotations;
- payments;
- invoices;
- Booking Confirmations;
- amendments;
- cancellations;
- refunds; or
- other commercial aspects of their Booking.
Prompt communication often enables issues to be resolved more efficiently and may assist in minimising avoidable costs.
52. Supporting Information
To investigate or process a commercial request, Bookmywings may reasonably request supporting information including:
- payment confirmations;
- transaction references;
- booking references;
- invoices;
- identity verification;
- bank account details for refunds;
- correspondence; or
- any other information reasonably relevant to the request.
Bookmywings will use such information solely for the purposes of administering the Booking, processing the request or complying with Applicable Law.
PART XI

- the Master Terms of Service & Booking Conditions;
- the applicable Destination Travel Conditions;
- the Booking Confirmation;

- any additional commercial conditions expressly incorporated into the Booking.
Together, these documents establish the complete commercial framework governing your Booking.
54. Amendments to these Booking Conditions
Bookmywings may update these Booking Conditions from time to time to reflect:
- changes in business operations;
- improvements in customer service;
- Supplier practices;
- technological developments;
- legal or regulatory requirements; or
- commercial best practices.
Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, amendments shall ordinarily apply prospectively and shall not affect Bookings already confirmed before the Effective Date of the revised version.
